This is a set of DoViews illustrative strategy diagrams that you can download as PowerPoint or PDF files, or simply view on the respective page. These are illustrative only and have been created from information sourced from the internet. They have not been endorsed by any of the organizations whose strategies the DoViews are modeling. Use these DoViews at your own risk regarding IP issues and accuracy.

Large Company DoViews - A collection of DoViews strategy diagrams of companies such as Microsoft, Apple and OpenAI. These illustrate how DoView strategy diagrams can be used in the private sector. If you work for any of these companies you could download a PowerPoint of the relevant DoView. Take it to a planning session and see if it can add value by providing an overview of the company’s planning. If you think it can add value you it with relevant aspects of the DoView Planning method.

Generic DoViews - A collection of generic DoViews, for instance for any company, an early childhood center, a gym, law firm etc. You can download these in PowerPoint, amend them and use them for your planning using the standard DoView Planning method.

NZ Government DoViews - A set of New Zealand Government agency DoViews. These are provided separately and can be downloaded as PowerPoint files. They are also included in the illustrative NZ Whole of Government DoView. It is a large-scale DoView diagram that includes many of the main NZ government agencies, as well as detailing how to achieve NZ government targets. It illustrates how any government could build a comprehensive whole of government DoView in PowerPoint. As you can see from that example, this is a much faster and more transparent way to communicate what Government is doing. In addition, the individual DoView diagrams can be used in all stages of government agency planning.

NZ Company DoViews - A set of DoViews for large New Zealand Companies. If you work for any of these companies you can download a PowerPoint of your companies DoView and take it to your next planning meeting to see if it adds value providing a draft overview of what your company is trying to do. Look at the way to use DoViews for in planning and implementation.

E.U. DoViews - At the moment there is just one example of these. It is for the E.U. Commission’s 2024-2029 Priorities.

UK Government DoViews - One example of the UK Government’s Plan for Change Five Missions DoView which sets out its high-level outcomes.

International Collaboration DoViews - One example of a DoView on how the U.S., China and the E.U. could collaborate to reduce the risk from Artificial General Intelligence.

Research Domain DoViews - Examples of how DoViews can be used to set out research domains which can then be used in DoView Research Planning by researchers, funders and stakeholders to identify the real-world outcomes that individual research projects are focused on. At the moment there are two examples, the Space-Based Infrastructure Research Domain DoView and the Climate Tipping Points Research Domain DoView.
