WHAT

A DoView Board can be used when building an AI agent system.

  • Use the free DoView Board AI Prompt to build the board.

  • When you are building it, use the Ten Setup Choices for Creating a DoView Board for Building an AI Agent System.

  • DoView Boards answer the 20 key questions that need to be answered for anyone running, overseeing or wanting to understand any type of project, including a project such as building an AI agent.

  • Use the DoView Board to:

    • Plan what you are going to do.

    • Discuss what you are going to do with your client.

    • Report back to your client on your progress building the agent system.

    • If you like experimenting, try using the DoView Board to talk to your AI system about the build and perhaps get it to report back against the board (you might be able to do this in Codex).

  • DoView Boards provide a fully integrated single-source-of-truth outcomes-based planning tool that integrates planning, priority setting, alignment of projects/activities to outcomes, delegation/contracting, measurement, impact evaluation, improvement, and reporting.

These are proof-of-concept DoView Boards only. Create your own version of a DoView Board with the free AI prompt. Information to build the boards was obtained from the internet. Use at your own risk. For actual use, these would need to be rebuilt a second time with the AI prompt and checked to make sure that they have sufficiently richly modeled the AI agent building project you are working on. Note that you can edit DoView Boards by hand.
