The New Lightweight Way of Answering the 20 Key Questions About Any Organization or Initiative

Quick Overview

This page describes what DoView Boards are all about.

What is a DoView Board?

DoView Boards come from the DoView Planning approach developed by Dr Paul Duignan. They put planning, implementation, measurement, evaluation, improvement, and reporting into one visual structure so an organization, initiative, strategy, policy, project, or collaboration can be seen and worked on in a single place.

What a board does

  • A DoView Board helps you see, plan, implement, measure, evaluate, improve, and report on outcomes-based work, all on one board.

  • It answers the 20 key questions that need to be answered about any organization, initiative, strategy, policy, project, or collaboration.

Who made the board you're looking at

If you are looking at a DoView Board or a DoView Board Collection, you should be able to see who created the collection at the top of the collection. If it is an Official DoView Board Collection, it will have the Official DoView Badge at the top and something like Official DoView Board Collection, curated by Dr Paul Duignan
